Plus Architecture were commissioned to deliver a large apartment scheme on a difficult site, prone to flooding in South County Dublin.
The masterplan proposes a permeable site that will enable new linkages to be opened up from the Brennanstown Road eastwards through to the Cabinteely Stream. Notwithstanding the ability for non-resident pedestrians and cyclists to access the site, certain controls and limitations of access for different users have been designed into the layout.
The overall project consists of 198 apartments and communal facilities all on the site, whilst maintaining a thriving nursery to the front.
