The work of Plus Architecture aims to deliver design excellence within the control of budget and programme. We manage projects to achieve optimum architectural quality, efficient use of resources and best value. We understand the importance of dialogue with the people who commission our buildings, to ensure delivery of a project aligns with the delivery of expectations.

We believe that our best projects have been undertaken with continuity of thought within the design process. The practice commits itself to any project we undertake, for the benefit of the project and our clients.

We have recently completed a refurbishment and mod We have recently completed a refurbishment and modernisation of a Protected Structure in Dublin city centre.
No. 5 Dame lane was constructed circa 1906 to designs by Bachelor & Hicks Architects. The 4-storey over basement building was constructed as an extension to the earlier Hely Printworks Building and is included in the Record of Protected Structures on account of the early use of the Hennebique reinforced concrete construction system. Plus Architecture were engaged to refurbish the building to current office standards including the insertion of an entirely new stair, lift and toilet core.

Site visit today for some of the office, led by pr Site visit today for some of the office, led by project architect Ali McMahon to our almost complete apartment scheme on Percy Place in Dublin 4. The development contains eight apartments over four floors, with a basement providing parking below. Each apartment is dual aspect with views out over the Grand Canal. Some beautiful details in there, including the curved glass to the rear bedroom and the west facing windows to capture the evening light, beautifully modelled by Val.
